I was born in Massachusetts near Boston and moved to south Florida when I was 2.  My grandmother inspired and enabled me to create things from a young age, and I was lucky enough to be brought up in an environment that embraced self-discovery and originality.  In 2010, I graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Journalism with an emphasis in design. 

I have professional experience in photography, design and marketing, most recently exhibited at my former job at UF at the Career Resource Center.  There, I created posters, promotional cards, books and other printed materials targeted toward incoming freshmen and upperclassmen. 

I currently work at Apple, where I am learning leadership skills in a two-year management program.  While it is a good job, I find myself struggling against the intangible nature of retail and am drawn to the instant gratification of art and design.  Let me create for you!
